Tuflite® self-lubricated composite bearings offer maintenance free operation and maximum life in a wide variety of aerospace and military applications. The bearings are manufactured under a quality management system structured to comply with the requirements of SAE AS9100. The bearings are constructed using woven Teflon® fiber and continuous strands of fiberglass and epoxy resin. Typical motions include pivot, oscillating, linear sliding and slow speed full rotation. Typical loads range from 4,000 to 30,000 psi.
